Grit Zone training is designed to put players in unpredictable situations, push their mind, and bodies physically to get their game to another level. We are not here to tip toe or race to the top. Every player must commitment to repetitive skill work, a positive attitude, and demonstrate they have a heart of a warrior. These session are for the experienced player.
